Return & Exchange Policy (Saudi Arabia Compliant)

At Jost Watches, we respect your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Regulations. The following terms are established to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers:

Right of Return ("Cooling-Off Period"):

You may return your item(s) within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, warranty cards, manuals).
The return is not due to changing mind only. (Some exclusions apply.)
Cancellation due to Delay:

If the delivery of your product is delayed by more than 15 days past the agreed delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

The following products are excluded from the standard return/exchange rights:

Products made to the customer's specifications or personalized/engraved items.
Perishable goods or items that are consumed/used.
Digital downloads, software delivered electronically if immediately accessible.
Products whose seal has been broken (if applicable) or packaging has been opened (for "change of mind" returns).
Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and either:

Replace the item at no extra cost, or
Refund your full payment (including delivery fees, if any).
How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Contact our customer support (via WhatsApp / Email) with your order number and issue.
Provide photos (if relevant) to demonstrate defect or condition.
If return accepted, follow the instructions for the return pickup or drop-off.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
Processing may take 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Additional Notes:

All return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to defect or incorrect item.
Restocking fees may apply for opened but unused items (if you requested "change of mind" return), at our discretion.
